Desirags Case Study
My name is Gurvinder Bassi. I am 26 years old and in my 'spare time' I am a legal professional.
We are an online store/t-shirt company providing humorous (well, we like to think anyway!!) and iconic t-shirts and other apparel with an indian/bollywood slant (desi) to all our tee ideas and design innovations.
The choice of shopping cart provider was easy really. I found them on Google and I began experimenting on their site and gave them a call soon after that due to the fact that I was impressed at what they had to offer. It was hard to believe that they were offering such an in-depth service for such a good price.
I thought there may have been a catch but if there is one then 6 months down the line I am still looking for it!!
Our experience with ekmPowershop truly has been second to none!! Obviously I had never owned an online store before and in it's infancy I kept going back to ekmPowershop.com with various questions on matters that may have been trivial but the lovely people at ekmPowershop.com have not once made me feel like I have been a burden on them or on their phone lines.
If I have any technical issues they come back to me quickly and they are even available at weekends, and their online support and FAQ section is brilliant. Now I'm not an expert but I'm sure an independent developer would charge me a fair amount of money AND time to have this service readily available!!
All I would say is simply this it's not easy creating an online store. So why get loads of different people involved and make matters confusing when it's practically all available under one-roof at ekmPowershop.
