Customer Support Engineer

We are a rapidly expanding business and we are looking for a new person to join our team and help us make Ekm Systems even more of a success. The role requires hard work and dedication and comes with great rewards and opportunities for the future.

Required Skills

We are looking for someone who has an affinity for customer service and an interest in IT; working within a customer services / support role. A team player that is confident in their own ability, with an enthusiasm for offering and exceeding customer’s expectations in support. This person will have an appreciation of good communication and will be able to acquire product knowledge quickly. The ability to self manage is essential and you should be a well self motivated individual.

Our head office is based in Blackburn, Lancashire where we own our own offices which house 23+ of our sales, support, design and development staff. Due to rapid expansion we have set up a 2nd office in Manchester City Centre to build up a development team to work on our existing products and develop new ones.

As a member of the Customer support team you will be working as part of a wider team of other support engineers. You will be responsible for supporting our customer base for our full range of products including ecommerce, web hosting, email, domain names and web stats software..
