Bulk Price Change Tool in you ekmPowershop.com control panel...
We have added a tool to the control panel which allows you to select products or categories (or all products) and perform a percentage or value increase, across all of the items you select. Great if your prices have slid up or down by a set amount.
We have basically enhanced the 'Stock Control Manager' so you can also bulk modify prices.
To get to this tool simply go to 'Settings' and then click on 'Stock Control'.
Now you should now see 2 tabs within the stock controller.
In this section you will see two new option
Stock Control Manager - Bulk Price Change System
Enable this option if you would like to bulk update your product prices via the Stock Control Manager - you can choose to have this as active or disabled
Stock Control Manager - Display Products that appear in multiple categories
Display Product only in its Master Category - Display Product in all Categories it is assigned to
Once you have chosen what you wish to edit. Click on the right hand tab named 'Stock Control Manager'.
Here you will see the screen for the new tool.
You can specify which products or categories you wish to modify by selecting from the drop down menu (see below/right).
We have also added a new option
to display all products in the drop down list.
Once you have selected the category or 'All Products', a list of products will appear, like in the illustration.
Simply tick the box on the products you wish to change the prices on.
Then you'll need to work out how much you'll need to remove from your prices to offer the new Vat rates to your customers.
