You'll be responsible for looking after and improving our network and servers at our Manchester based data centre as well as supporting our two offices in Darwen and Leyland.
Skills & Requirements
As well as general awesomeness, we're looking for:
- Experience with Microsoft networked environments (Windows Server 2003/2008 R2 and Windows 7)
- Thorough knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, IIS, DNS and DHCP
- Solid understanding of Windows deployment technologies such as WDS and MDT
- A relevant Microsoft certification (such as MSCA, MSCE or MCITP)
- In depth knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, DNS and routing
- Experience with backup infrastructure and disaster recover strategies
